A Peaceful Walk

"I don't remeber mine. Did the fox kill you? Are you a ghost?" the kit put her paw on Windpaw. "Guess not!"

"A Fox?!" Sootshadow asked with shock. She tested the air for any traces but found none. She relaxed a little. She looked at how bad the apprentice was bleeding. She sighed and disappeared for a moment then came back with cobwebs. She applied the cobwebs to the wounds to help them stop bleeding. "This should help. We need to get you back to camp... Your a long way from your own..."

"I wouldnt want to go back anyway... I ran away from my camp and father and mother and all my kin." She told the cats. "By the way I don't know your names."

"Why?" Gracekit asked.

"Because i don't belong in thunderclan." she told the kit.

"Your gonna make your mommy and your daddy and bestest friends sad!" Gracekit meowed, needing to take grammar class.

"I am Sootshadow," She flicked her tail over kits, "This is Gracekit, and Bubblekit." Ah nodded her head over Snakebite. "That is Snakebite, He is Blind." She finished, "Can you walk?"

" I can try." she came shakily to her feet but flopped back down with a gasp of pain.

"We aren't allowed to switch clans anymore I don't know if Stonestar will welcome you. Daddy said that he doesn't like Thunderclan fleabags. Bu you don't have fleas."

"I think Stonestar would be happy to have another apprentice, seeing how we are so low.." She mewed with a sigh. "But it is up to Stonestar in the end." She picked up the apprentice by the scruff. "We can't leave her here injured. We can at least make her better." She mewed through Windpaw's scruff.
