Point of View Game

I invented a game today, that really is simple, but depends on the writer.

Instructions:

1. Read the miniature paragraph
2. Using the clues in the paragraph, decide which character is telling the story
3. Umm. . yeah, that's pretty much it :P

So here's an example:

Paragraph: A shoe slammed down right in front of my face. The girl's scream nearly blasted my eardrums, scaring me out of the room. As I hurried down the hall, several lights came on. More voices were heard, but I didn't stop to find out what they were shouting. All I wanted was to get out of that house and away from those who seemed to dislike my company greatly.

Options:
A. Spider
B. Bat
C. Burglar

In this case, you would look to see what the special clues were. Generally, there is one sentence that shows you exactly what animal it is. Here, the answer is A. Spider. The sentence that sets it apart is the fact that a shoe slammed in its face, and a girl screamed. It was only a spider, but people usually tend to overreact to them :P

So, I'll start off with a more difficult one. I will look every so often to see what people are saying, and to see how many answers I get. Good Luck!! (:

Paragraph: Long grass tickled my whiskers. I crouched low, staying hidden. My ears twitched, trying hard to distract from my purpose, but I forced my mind to focus. Without warning, my prey moved away, disappearing into its safe home. Getting back to my paws, I growled at the object that had scared away my lunch: a large metal object that came rumbling through almost every day, holding tons of noisy, pale, hairless beings. Angrily, I turned and stalked away.

B. Giraffe
C. Lion

Paragraph: As I ducked, I struck out, hitting my assailant hard in the ribs. He doubled over, clutching his chest and breathing heavily. However, before I could leave, he lashed out with a kick. Grabbing his foot, I twisted him around, throwing him into the ground. While he lay groaning, I melted into the darkness, focusing once again on my mission.

B. Somebody who took a self-defense class
C. Cop
