Seeing darkness

Darkkit looked at Tigerfrost. He wondered why so many strange cats were all in one group, but clearly Tigerfrost was more knowledgeable then any of the other cats. Darkkit just now realized that this forest had a more evil feel to it then he remembered. He had some questions, but felt like he should be quiet for now

Sootkit waited for something to happen. She didn`t want to talk to the other alive clan cats.

Shadowsong sat down next to the three small kits, looking down at them worriedly. Why were they being sucked into all of this mess? She quickly shook the thought out of her head and turned her attention back to Tigerfrost. "So why did you bring us here?" She asked impatiently.

Tigerfrost shifted her gaze to Shadowsong. "Why else?" she purred. "I have seen all of your ambitions. You are all here, because joining with me will grant them."

"I want to control this forest, before it controls me!" growled Envykit, repeteing some of his fathers last words.

Tigerfrost nodded. "All your deepest desires... Yours for the taking." she purred as she stalked around the group.

"Why is this so bad to the other cats, the Starclan cats, why don't they take what they want, they have the power to?" Envykit asked suddenly.

"Because they don't." Tigerfrost growled. "They are too weak. They oppose us because they know we are strong enough to achieve what they cannot."

"Well if your strong enough to achieve what you want, then why do you need us?" Sootkit asked

"My father was right!" he snarled. "They are all fools!" he stomped his foot on the ground in discust.

Tigerfrost nodded at Envykit, before answering Sootkit's question. "Because we are not selfish like StarClan. They may not have the power to take anything they want, but they selfishly enjoy good prey every season, they don't fight to survive. With the Dark Forest's power... The forest could live free of the twoleg's interference. You wouldn't need to fight each other for survival or store prey for leafbare. Every season could be as rich in prey as greenleaf." Tigerfrost purred persuasively.

Envykit stood tall "Yes!" he cheered.

"But hardships make us stronger. With out those hardships we all would be soft kittypets." She mewed

"I aggred, hardships make it all worth it!" he mewed.

Shadowsong sat there listening to Tigerfrost's words. She had heard the same thing before about making the clans one and making things better for every cat in the forest, but that was long ago from a cat named... "Heathersong!" She mewed as she remember the name. "Will she be joining us?"
