OOC: Front paw blow takes away 5 stamina, which apprentices have 80 stamina to start with. So, after using front paw blow, your stamina (also called SP, ST) will be 75/80.
The apprentice damage (the stuff that takes away HP (health points) from the other player, would be 4 HP points. Say you're against an apprentice so their template thing would be,
HP: 16/20
SP: 80/80
And your's would be,
HP: 20/20
SP: 75/80
