Sootstorm leapt onto the Tallrock, feeling the smooth rock under his paws. Misty had been in WindClan for a while now, and it was time she received a name to mark her identity as a member of WindClan. A proper name to match her personality... he had been given the choice of picking out the she-kit's new name. Which was what brought him here now. "Let all cats old enough to run the moors gather around the Tallrock for a clan meeting!"

| Misty sat near the back making sure no one saw her before sitting low so that sootstorm couldn't see her but she still didn't know what this clan meeting was about so she wanted to know. but was the ceremony for her? There she was. He could see her, just barely, in the crowd. She looked as if she might be trying to hide from him, and to be honest she very nearly succeeded if not for the cats around her parting away. So they too know what this was about. Sootstorm took a deep breath before raising his voice to call out. "WindClan! I gather you all here today to welcome a new member of WindClan. Misty, you have spent some days here in WindClan, and we all trust that you are worthy to become one of us, but we need to hear it from you. I trust you know of the Code and or traditions, and so I asked you this; Do you promise to uphold the warrior code and protect your clan, even at the cost of your own life?" He paused to allow the words to settle into the she-kit, hoping for both their sakes that she'd answer without much fuss.

Misty replied, rather hesitant, though that was to be expected. Sootstorm nodded in approval, then raised his head to call out, "You have shed your past life as a loner, and join WindClan under the new name Firekit. I welcome you, Firekit, and I know you will prove to be a valuable member of WindClan." He had given some thought to her name, and decided that only a name that fitted her personality would fit. And so he had settled with Firekit. Hopefully, he would not be wrong to expect much from her.

| Firekit looked towards sootstorm, He changed her name and it suited her fire coat and her personality. Firekit knew that if she broke some of the rules she'd be forced out. firekit turned to outside the camp the wind felt fat and at the same time she wanted to run off as soon as she became an apprentice and maybe her menter would be sootstorm but that would be the deputy's choice and Firekit didn't know who the deputy was but she had a few ideas and as soon as possible she would start trouble for fun and soon she'd be a apprentice. ______________________________________ cloudkit | shadowclan | kit | 15/30 | #cc66ff |
