Sandpaw's Warrior Ceremony

"Sandpaw, please step up." Goldenstar meowed. "I, Goldenstar, Leader of ThunderClan call upon our warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. She has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend her to you as warrior in her turn. Sandpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend this Clan, even at the cost of your life?"

Sandpaw nodded her head,"I do" she said finaly

"Then by the power of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Sandpaw, you shall be known as Sandnose. StarClan honors your courage and bravery, and we welcome you as a full warrior of ThunderClan." Goldenstar smiled, leapt down from Highrock, and touched her muzzle to Sandnose's shoulder.

Sandnose licked her in turn,"thank you" she whispered into Goldenstar's ear

"Sandnose! Sandnose!" Deadfrost chanted, and bent over to whisper to her: "Now you can stop bugging me about training!" he joked.

Firefly joined in. "Finally. ThunderClan just might become much stronger."

Deadfrost looked at Firefly. "It always has." His eyes shone. "RiverClan won't have Sunningrocks for much longer."

Sandnose's whiskers twiched with amusement at Deadfrost,"you're right that we will MUCH stronger with me!" she purred

Firefly flexed her claws. "One day. I hope I will be able to sink my teeth into RiverClan fur..."

Deadfrost narrowed his eyes. "And WindClan," he hissed, flexing his claws.

Her fur suddenly fluffed out as she shook herself. "I'v never fought WindClan... I wonder how they fight."

"Hey! we made alliances with them remember?"he growled

"True."
Sunset mewed.
"But who knows the mass of lies that traitor has told them already?"

"I'm not sure I can ever forgive her..." Firefly mewed quietly. "Featherfall must have wanted power so badly, that she had offered to join WindClan."

"Sandnose! Sandnose!" she cheered
