The war that has been brewing for months upon years has finally arrived. The ill-fated alliance of RiverClan, ThunderClan and SkyClan has finally fractured, with the first two marching into war against the latter for the retribution of injustices. Words spoken and claws unsheathed cannot come to nothing, after all. None of the former friends believe in idle threats. Perchstar and RiverClan seek the head of Beechfang, who murdered the medicine cat Cloverheart and returned vow-breakingly from exile. Mottlestar and ThunderClan march alongside them due to the loss of lives and territory from SkyClan's actions. With nothing else to stop them in-character (or out-of-character), and as announced in this meeting at the beginning of the month, it's finally time to march onto their territory and give them what for.

Time to show the forest that those who murder consequence-free will not escape unscathed.

• These sign-ups are not first-come, first-serve. Sign-ups will be open until February 16th, when the final party will be announced. The battle will hopefully begin the next day.
  
• You cannot fight on both sides of an official battle. Please bear this in mind! There is considerable overlap between ThunderClan's, RiverClan's, and SkyClan's allegiances.
  
• We will be splitting our offensive party with ThunderClan to match SkyClan's ranks and numbers! Please keep this in mind.
  
• On a similar note, only one cat per person will be allowed, so that everyone has a chance to participate! If you sign up with multiple characters, please indicate which character you prefer to be chosen to make roster organization easier. Signing up with multiple characters will not increase your odds of being selected.
  
• As this is an official battle, it will strictly follow the 36-hour posting rule. Please only sign up if you're confident you can post within that timeframe.
  
• If your cat was not healed in-character by the start of the battle, February 17th, they must use their debuffed stats in the fight. If your cat is still in need of healing, an open healing topic with Littlepaw can be found here.
