12/11: "She's pretty cool, I guess. She's just here to do her job, so I'll give her that. I'm definitely not easy to train, I'll admit to that much, but I applaud her efforts. Of course, if she just brought me a snack once and while, maybe we'd be closer? Who knows. But either way, I'm glad she's my mentor, of all cats."
01/08: "She brought me a snack, even if it was a bit on the lean side. But even so, she is now actually pretty cool, no matter what other cats seem to say about her. She understood my wants and needs, and for that I consider her the best former mentor ever."

12/11: "I'm not quite sure what her deal is exactly... but she doesn't seem to like me very much. I don't really want to be enemies with her or any-cat and don't consider her one, but her willingness to try and keep me away from Silverwing is uncanny. It's not like I want to be with our mentor all the time, I hate training! If she wants to go train and work all day, fine by me. And her excitement when it comes to sparring... great StarClan she enjoys it. Maybe it's cause she gets to feel like she's a warrior or something? I don't even know."

12/11: "I'm clearly not her favorite cat on the moors, but I think the idea of me might be growing on her a little bit. She did decide to actually help me when I got trapped, after all. Of course, she does have some harsh words to say at times... but I don't think she's that bad really. Besides, it's not like I don't deserve it, not that I care or anything. Shadepaw can be a little annoying at times, with her "I wanna be the best warrior" attitude, kinda like Russetpaw, but it's not as obnoxious as it could be, which I appreciate."
