Childhood’s End (open to ShadowClan)

In a crevice in the rocks of Highstones lay a black and white she-cat, frame shaking as she sobbed. Memories kept coming back as she slept and now, as the sun was setting and rain poured down, Snowfoot had crumbled. She was Snowfoot. She remembered her warrior ceremony, remembered Murkystar giving her her name, and yet something was still wrong. She wasn’t Snowfoot. She wasn’t the cat ShadowClan had lost. She stood with one paw in the present and another in the past, hailing clanmates by the correct names one moment and checking over her shoulder for Dark Forest cats the next. A pawstep alerted her and she lifted her head, tears rolling down her face.
