Give and Take [Open]

It had been a while.. even when his wounds first got dressed it seemed everything was going to be fine, but as the days progressed it only seemed to get a bit worse with each day. Whatever that dark forest cat did.. It wasn't good.

His chest ached as he padded over to the medicine den. His body shook with the exertion. His worst fear about the wound coming true over the last few days. it was infected. Despite how well the wound was treated it still managed to get infected.. And with it being on his chest.. stars only knew what other effects it was having on his body.

"Basilbloom.." He called out, his breath coming out in huffs, for the medicine cat stopping just short of her den, having to settle down on the ground outside. He was going to push himself to go into the den once he managed to regain some of his strength. For now he could at least warn the she-cat of his presence.
