Hunting 101:

"Quailpaw! Rise and shine sport. Time to head for training." Swiftstep said as he nudged his apprentice gently. He then stepped back to allow him to awaken fully.

It was early morning the day after Quailpaw had become an apprentice. For his first day, Swiftstep was taking the tom out to teach him hunting techniques. He decided it was best to switch things up and push the general territory tour to a later date. He will point out certain locations and warn of hazards as they moved but he wouldn't go into much detail. For now, they needed more paws to help hunt. They were short on warriors but apprentices were plenty. They'd first have to learn how hunting works in the open terrain of Windclan.
