In February 2019, former-Staff member and helpful disgruntled Uncle Pikachu created a very helpful survey for the site's members to fill out to help determine the activity levels of the Higher Ranks. The results allowed Staff to ensure that active and qualified users were filling the higher ranks which ultimately shape the WCC roleplay experience. We were very interested in the results, and we decided to implement this for the foreseeable future in April 2019.

Staff will be posting this anonymous Higher Ranks survey once every quarter (January/April/July/October).

In addition to the creation of the Higher Ranks Survey, we also implemented a Staff Survey to get a view of staff and their activity and involvement from the members' perspectives. Staff is meant to be self-governing, but we are all human and we may miss things. This survey is a good opportunity to respectfully share your thoughts or concerns with staff.

Staff will be posting this anonymous Staff survey twice a year (January/July).



Please fill the surveys out honestly and constructively so that we can continue to provide you with the best roleplay experience! The Higher Ranks survey will focus on Leaders and Medicine Cats, but Deputy and Medicine Cat Apprentice activity will also be noted. These members may be allowed to view their feedback if they request it, so be respectful with your honesty.
