October Higher Ranks Survey

In February 2019, former-Staff member ~~and helpful disgruntled Uncle~~ Pikachu created a very helpful survey for the site's members to fill out to help determine the activity levels of the Higher Ranks. The results allowed Staff to ensure that active and qualified users were filling the higher ranks which ultimately shape the WCC roleplay experience. We were very interested in the results, and we decided to implement this for the foreseeable future in April 2019.

Staff will be posting this anonymous Higher Ranks survey once every quarter (January/April/July/October).

Please fill the surveys out honestly and constructively so that we can continue to provide you with the best roleplay experience! The Higher Ranks survey will focus on Leaders and Medicine Cats, but Deputy and Medicine Cat Apprentice activity will also be noted. These members may be allowed to view their feedback if they request it, so be respectful with your honesty.

These surveys will close on Friday October 4th at 9:00AM MST.

"Where are the staff surveys?" The Staff Survey is to get a view of staff and their activity and involvement from the members' perspectives. Staff is meant to be self-governing, but we are all human and we may miss things. Staff will be posting this anonymous Staff survey twice a year (January/July).

Hi guys! We have a final update about the results of the Higher Ranks Survey.

First of all, for those who were curious, the season voted as the favourite most often was:
Autumn / Fall / Leaf-fall!

In other news, I just want to thank you all again for your feedback. You have all been using these surveys very respectfully, and your honesty has helped us to make good changes. According to the results, you seem to all like the surveys as they are, so we'll continue providing them as planned. <3

Surprisingly, the results of the survey also let us know that the Staff Surveys (which we had planned for twice a year, as opposed to the quarterly Higher Ranks Surveys) were wanted and in higher frequency.

After a little discussion from staff, we've decided to increase the number of Staff Surveys from twice a year to three times a year. From now on, Staff Surveys will occur every four months (March/July/November).

We hope that these surveys can continue to help you tell us how we can improve WCC and keep it happy and healthy. <3
