Dewkit's Apprentice Ceremony

Blizzardstar leaped onto the Highrock, a serious expression in her face as she looked at her clan from the elevated spot before finally speaking “All cats old enough to catch their own prey gather under the Highrock for a clan meeting!”.

Dewkit padded into the clearing, looking around as if something was going to pounce on her. She sat down and looked wearily up at Blizzardstar.

Once enough cats were gathered beneath the Highrock, the white leader finally decided to go on Dewkit, please, step forward” Blizzardstar waited for the apprentice to do as she was told before speaking again “Dewkit, you have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Dewpaw” She took a quick glance at the warriors gathered before picking one for the new apprentice “Your mentor will be Tigerspark. I hope he passes down all he knows on to you” With that she jumped off the Highrock, dismissing the clan.

Dewkit looked at Tigerspark. She had never met him before, but from his name, he sounded fierce, and a tough mentor. That means I have no choice but to be one of the best warriors Thunderclan has ever seen! She trotted over to Tigerspark to touch noses with him, accepting him as her mentor.
