A Feather On The Breeze [Open]

Frostpaw almost laughed. "its called pretending you use your imagination and act like this moss is a kit." she exclaimed. "have you ever pretended your something your not when you where a kit it's how you play clan vs clan." she said remembering the time she played as a thunderclan kit because she had no fam in windclan. She was born into the clan then lost her mom she never knew. Everyone thought she was an outcast.

"I have," Featherpaw nodded. She was a daydreamer, the type of cat who lost herself in her surroundings when left uninterrupted - which was just how she preferred it, most of the time. "I think most cats have. ...Do you think the kits and apprentices in other Clans play different games than we do?" she asked suddenly, voicing a thought that randomly occurred to her.

OOC: my characters play the same games
OC: frostpaw thought this over and smiled. "who knows maybe they made a game that nobody has ever played but them." she said giggling.

"That's certainly a possibility," Featherpaw nodded. "Do you know any other games we could play?" she asked, mostly wanting to just spend time with a new friend but unable to think of anything in particular to do.

OC: frostpaw thought it over and was stumped. "do you want to try hunting?" she asked she didn't know if her new friend knew how to hunt or not but she loved to.

"I suppose it wouldn't hurt to give it a shot," Featherpaw agreed. "But what if something goes wrong?"

Frostpaw thought that over and decided to do what her thunderclan friends did. "if we get into trouble one of us stays to fight while the other runs back to camp to get help." she said smiling. She got the idea from foxpaw who had trouble with a fox and ran back to get help.

"Well, in that case I don't see any reason we shouldn't. Do you want to lead the way? After all, I don't know the best hunting places." Featherpaw pointed out, a sparkle in her eyes.

She nodded and led the way out of camp she decided to go to the barn since it's full of mice and they are not that fast. "where going to the barn for mice there might not be trouble but if there is I'll be the fighter and you can be the runner." she told her walking towards the barn.

Featherpaw followed. "Care to demonstrate? I think I could give it a try, if I watched you do it first."

"ok." she said and smelled. When she caught the scent of mouse she stalked it. When she was close enough she pounced and killed it. She brought it back to her and set it down.

Featherpaw saw a bird not far from the barn, and fell into a hunting crouch attempting to replicate Frostpaw's. She carefully moved closer, closer, and finally close enough to pounce. She completely missed it, however, and the only prize she received was her namesake - a single feather.

OC: frostpaw watched as she stalked a bird then missed. She held back a giggle and smiled instead. "good try at least you caught your name." she said smiling. She smelled a sparrow a tail length away so she started to stalk it. When she saw the bird eating a seed on the ground she pounced and killed it. She dropped it on her mouse and smiled. "everyone says hunting is my most best subject." she said still smiling.
