Hunting for Russetpaw (closed)

Russetpaw nodded and tried to act more confident. Standing up straight, he perked his ears, trying to listen for more prey. This time, he heard a squirrel, and  stalked in the direction of where he could hear rustling. Once he saw the furry brown figure, he leaped and finally managed to land in the right spot. He bit down hard, until his prey went limp. "I finally caught something!"

Giving his apprentice a nod, Tinylegs watched as Russetpaw stalked towards what looked like a squirrel. Though he hadn't caught anything yet, the little warrior had faith in the younger cat and soon enough, his faith was held true. "Good job!" the tom mewed with a big grin. "See, don't be so quick to give up. You'll eventually catch something," he chuckled as he padded over to his apprentice.

OOC: how many more patrols/hunting patrols do you need to become a warrior? I'm just wondering if we should save tree hunting/training for the next patrol or nah.

OOC: The only things Russet needs to do is finish his trip to the moonstone, learn how to fight (Well, I already know the battle system so I don't know if the character needs to learn though), go on a hunting patrol with his clan (idk if this counts) and participate in a fight or complete a hunting assament.
IC:
Russetpaw grinned. "I guess we can head back to camp? Or is there something else I need to know?"

OOC: alright. Well, I think we should finish up this patrol and I'll make an assessment for ya sometime this week, if that's okay with ya?

IC: Nodding his head, Tinylegs turned back towards the direction of the camp. "I'd say that you did very well today," he started with a smile, proud of his apprentice's improvement. "Yes, let's head back to camp," the small warrior mewed and began heading back to camp.

Russetpaw purred, and followed his mentor back to camp. He certainly enjoyed hunting.
