Soot and Blood [Healing Topic, Med Cat Needed]

Sootwhisper walked slowly inside the den after some cats had walked out, hoping the Medicine Cats hadn’t run out of herbs after all the injuries they had to heal since the clan had returned from the gathering.

The black and white tom was still extremely confused, all his life he hadn’t believed in StarClan nor the Dark Forest, thinking that the two clans of the dead were nothing but stories elders told to kits, myths that kept the clans together and that could’ve been created on real facts and then mystified to create the amazing tales of the cats of old. However, the gathering had been interrupted by one of the cats of the Dark Forest he thought couldn’t exist until then.

He knew he needed the healing because his clanmates had told him on the way back, the silent tom not even noticing the wounds on his pelt and oblivious to the pain in his current shocked state. His mismatched eyes scanned the den, not really talking like it was usual on him. He guessed the Medicine Cats would be expecting him as well as any other warriors and apprentices that came from the gathering, knowing what they were going to deal with.
