He sniffed around again and soon caught another scent of frog quietly the tom followed the scent and located another frog. He leapt and again he missed. He flicked his tail before sniffing around again.

Waiting for Bravepaw to start hunting, the warrior soon followed a few foxlengths behind the the apprentice. Watching his apprentice attempt to catch a couple frogs, he could understand the younger cat's frustration. 'Keep trying,' he wanted to mew, but stayed quiet, not wanting to scare away any potential prey.

Bravepaw caught two scents this time so he followed them quickly and silent footed. He was determined to catch the last one and if he caught two more he'd thought oh well. He flicked his tail and crouched shooting the frog. He leapt and landed on the slimy frog. He killed it and having his hopes up he went for the other frog. Though he missed it. He let out a small sigh but at least he had his two frogs. He grabbed the one he just got and went and grabbed the other one he hid before he looked around

Watching as Bravepaw caught two frogs, Mudfoot decided that was enough for today and emerged from a patch of brush that he'd been hiding in. "Good job!" the tom mewed with a smile, glad that even though the apprentice had missed a few pieces of prey he was still able to catch something. "I'd say that concludes your assessment, and I'll make sure to tell Leopardstar that you're ready to become a warrior," he added with a dip of his head. Turning around, Mudfoot started back towards the direction of the camp. Another apprentice trained and ready to become a warrior.
