Darkkit and Blackkit's Apprentice Ceremonies

"Let all cats old enough to capture their own prey... gather underneath Jaggedrock for a clan meeting!" Thrushstar yowled.

Darkkit and Blackkit approached to the JaggedRock as soon as possible, wondering what was
happening

"Tonight we gather to make these two kits apprentices," Thrushstar said. "Darkkit, from now on until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Darkpaw. Your mentor will be Larksong. Blackkit, you will be known as Blackpaw. Your mentor will be Shadewillow. May they both teach you everything that they know." It didn't long as always but it was good to see more apprentices. Leaping off of the rock, Thrushstar let the clan finish the ceremony.

Larksong ears perked as her name was called, having been watching the ceremony with interest. In an instance she was on her paws, padding across the clearing before she came to a stop in front of the dark colored she-cat. With a sweet, motherly smile she leaned down to touch noses with the newly named apprentice. "I will do my best to make you the best warrior ShadowClan has ever seen," she hummed with a swish of her tail.

As Darkkit heard what Thrushstar said, she was an apprentice now!she nodded and said
''I will do my best, Thrushstar''then she raced to her new mentor
Larksong, at she got enough close she smiled at his new mentor.

Blackkit smiled at Thrushstar, she had waited to be an apprentice and now, she was
she will train alongside, Darkkit, now named Darkpaw. ''I will do my best to serve Shadowclan well''
Blackpaw raced to met Shadewillow and then she met his gaze.

Shadewillow raised his head a bit more as Thrushstar spoke, chin tilting upwards and ears perking with interest at the leaders words. Following Larksong's lead, he quickly rose to his paws and weaved his way through the growing crowd, amber eyes glinting with their usual self-assertive pride as he stopped in front of the newly-named Blackpaw who came racing up. Crouching down slightly, he dipped his head down to touch noses with with the young she-cat, "I hope you're ready to become the best warrior Shadowclan has to offer." He mewed as he pulled away and rose to his full height once more.
