| Troutstep stopped the ball from rolling with his big paw. "So you just pass it back and forth?" He asked, somewhat curious. He glanced over at Specklekit and his ears lay flat. Kits. Always so nervous. |

| Whitefoot the ginger and white tom padded into the clearing, surprised to see his silent and reserved brother playing with kits. What's this? He would barely play with my brood! Purring mischievously he swatted at his brother. "Troutstep! Becoming soft or trying to impress the she-cats?" He teased. Sidestepping the moss ball as not to disturb the game, he sat on the edge out of the way and watched intently. His own brood, were all apprentices. Sunpaw, Fallenpaw, and Halfpaw. | Specklekit squealed in fright as even more cats crowded around her. She squealed once more and ran to a large rock, hiding behind it. She curled her tail around herself and let out a few mews of fear and anxiety from time to time. She did not like this at all! The tiny she-kit didn't like large crowds...
