Ebony has tragically left us for Beata, so now ShadowClan needs a Medicine Cat.

Applicants for the role must be prepared to handle being Medicine Cat with minimal guidance and be a go getter. You'll have to arrange for a mentor yourself, go harass Sleeps, Rose or Me to mentor you with PMs. ~~Also have to deal with being essentially a figurehead with no real power.~~

Being a medicine cat is a reward RP-ing experience where you can heal the sick and help all the queens bring new life into the clans. If you're interested, please go fill out a form at Special Rank Sign-Ups.

I'd like to note I would've had no problem to take on Ash/Tansy as my apprentice, and the only reason for not doing so is because I didn't want an apprentice myself - and it had nothing to do with Ash what-so-ever. She was pretty much promised the position when I didn't want to give it to her.

So if I had to choose an MCA, I'd go with her.

~~Also, it's actually very common in canon for warrior apprentices to switch to MCA, rather than start off as MCA right off the bat. ;D~~

If I would have known this I would have stepped down and given Ash the position, but as of right now, I do have the position. Sorry. :/

I'm planning on making a SC cat, and i remember my first days on WCC and how I wanted to be a MCA, could I qualify now? Also, I am very active so ya... :D
