A New Home (For Iris and Spirit only please)

Spirit caught side of the deer and slowly and silently made her way around so the deer was between the two of them. She hide herself quietly looked at the Doe before looking to Iris catching her look she gave a very quiet nod .

Iris smiled, then, at what she hoped to be simultaneously with Spirit, the cat pounced out of hiding and aimed for the deer. It alerted the frightened animal and caused it to turn around towards Spirit, getting ready to bolt, but it then saw her and turned a different way. It was too late for the deer; if it hadn't turned toward Spirit first, then maybe it could've ran off in a different direction and lived. Iris sunk her teeth into the deer's leg, breaking it and then breaking the other leg, so that the doe couldn't run away.

Spirit watched as the Doe turned towards her and she pounced aiming for the throat as Iris was breaking the doe's legs.

With help from each other, the two managed to bring the female deer down. The sun was almost completely gone by the time the doe was dead, and they needed to get back to their home before other rouges started to come out and fight for the big amount of food. "Come on, let's get this back to camp and feast on it tonight." Iris had started to call the place they made home "camp". The tabby had thought about starting a rouge group with Spirit like Bloodclan, but they just needed some cats to join. Iris nudged her head under the deer's side, near it's tail, and managed to get it onto her back. Spirit would have to get the other side of the deer that was near it's head onto her back and they would have to carry it together because it was too big for just one cat.

Spirit nodded"yeah lets head back" she mewed and got the side with the head on to her back.

Iris started walking to camp, following the white Twolegpaths called sidewalks. She kept her pace a bit fast, hoping that no other rouges would notice the two. The scent of the dead doe caused Iris to drool a little...man, was she hungry. When they came back to the camp, she dropped her side of the deer in the alley and started to dig in, not bothering to bring the deer into the abandoned Twoleg nest to eat. The taste made her tong dance with flavor and she sighed happily. This was going to be the first time in a while that she was going to be full.

Spirit let her side drop and she ate quietly by her daughter. She purred a bit.

"Mom...you know that group of rouges that made a clan?" She asked as she swallowed a chunk of deer. "Well, I was thinking that we should make our own clan and you could be the leader. We could call it Spiritclan and get some cats to join or something like that," she suggested.

"Hmm I like the idea of a clan could possible mean more protection " She said smiling some"I suppose we could do that " Spirit mewed after she swallowed a piece of deer she had been eating on.

Iris nodded and purred, eating some more deer. "We'd have to clean up our camp a bit, though," she said as she looked around. "The Twoleg Bin could be like the High Rock. The first floor of the Twoleg Nest could be where warriors sleep, and the second floor could be where you sleep. We'd have to move the fresh kill pile somewhere else, then and figure out where the Apprentice's den and Nursery could be. We'll also need a place for a medicine cat..." Iris trailed off as she looked around, trying to figure out where all the dens could be. "Maybe the nursery could be under the Twoleg Bin? There is enough room down there to fit kits and queens...the queens would have to crouch down, though, but the kits could walk under there easily," she suggested as she pointed her long, fluffy tail towards the dumpster.

Spirit listened before she mewed " no I think the nursery should be inside the two leg den to be honest " Dhe mewed and thought. "Though my den could be somewhere elese...."She mewed " if need be".
