Sweet 'lil Angels (Open | Bloom needed)

Hollyberry woke up in the nursery at Moonhigh, panting heavily. Her belly tossed in pain, and she knew what was happening. "Blazingheart!" she called between breaths. "The kits!" she mewed. The she-cat clenched her eyes shut, sucking in breaths of air.

Blazingheart raced into the nursery. "It's okay, Hollyberry! Everything will be alright," he soothed, licking the she-cat's forehead.

Hollyberry let out a pained purr, smiling - okay, more like grimacing - up at her mate. She nodded, struggling to stay calm. Another flash of pain rippled through her belly, and she clenched her teeth shut. "Please! Get a stick!" she growled, her eyes snapped shut. Hollyberry felt more pain for a split second, and a kit was brought into the world. It was a black tom, with a bat-like form. Another kit slithered out after a few more bursts of pain, and she proceeded to lick both dry. She knew more were coming, but something didn't feel right.

Blazingheart gave his mate a stick before the kits came. He looked down proudly at his new children. This was Hollyberry's third time giving birth to a litter of kits, after Frozenflame, Gentlebreeze, and Greenleaf's litter and then Flamepaw's birth. "Hollyberry, they are beautiful," he purred

Hollyberry looked up at Blazingheart, a smile on her face. There was more pain, before two more kits were born. The last two were stillborn. "Oh, Blazingheart..." she mewed, staring sadly at her two dead kits. Then, looking up, she purred and looked back down at the two living kits. "Whatever shall we name our children, Blazingheart?" she asked, tilting her head.

Blazingheart held back tears as he realized two of their kits were dead. "L...let's name one Batkit."

OOC: Who is the other one???

OOC: Cloverpool's kit. I'm not quite sure, but if he changes his mind, the unnamed kit could die later, I guess?

Hollyberry nodded, smiling sadly. "Batkit sounds like a great name..." she murmured, wanting to cry.

Tanglekit crawled around blindly.His pelt stood out from his brother because he was a dark brown furred kit with a white underbelly, paws, chest, tail tip, and ears with a dark orange spot on his back. He mewled and struggled to crawl towards his mother and when he did he suckled.
