Running Carelessly [Closed]

ScarletHeart ran along the moor with the wind on her tail, watching the clear bright sky. Running along the moor carelessly was one of her hobbies to do in WindClan. Being in her clan was good enough, but half of the time she was there, she felt quite lonely after her friends died moons ago. Her sister was living her life in another clan, also. The pain in her chest made her realize that she needed to take a break from running, and slowly she paused. Sighing, she rested her behind on the ground and stared ahead. She wondered how well her sister was doing in RiverClan, she had never spoken to her over the past few moons. All the cat could do was wish her the best. The she cat was about to take off again when she heard noise behind her and turned her head to investigate.

A stocky marroon tom rested hus haunches upon the warm surface of a rock that overlooked the moor. Thorn claw's eyes were partially closed as he basked in the New-Leaf sun, his tail curled around his fore-paws. The deputy had just been hunting, and decided to rest his aching legs with a plump rabbit beside him.

Rustling below shook Thornclaw from his daydreaming, and he flicked his eyes wide open. He was about to leap down and investigate, when he saw a flash of brown tabby fur and immediately recognised Scarletheart. The male feline relaxed, sat back down and watched her run with high levels of grace. As Scarletheart slowed, and eventually stopped, Thornclaw decided to join her and bounded down the rock with the limp rabbit clenched in his jaws. He promptly hid the dead mammal under a thick shrub and sauntered over to his Clan-mate. "Greetings, Scarletheart." Thornclaw meowed as the feline before him spun around. "It's a glorious day, isn't it?" The tom flicked his vision sky-ward, squinting at the bright beams of light that were cast out by the sun to bathe the moor in a decent amount of heat. He then lowered his gaze to Scarletheart and flicked his tail.

ScarletHeart immediately relaxed when she spotted Thornclaw. "Greetings, Thornclaw. Today is glorious for real," the she cat responded calmly. She also looked up at the sky for a brief moment and inhaled the warm scents of nature. It would've been nicer if she could do this every moment of her life, but warrior life is much more than running around on moors. ScarletHeart flickered her gaze back to the tom. "So what are you doing here?" She asked coolly before she stood up as if she was about to start walking.
