Victors take all [Open to those who applied]

OOC: Please only join if you have already applied to be a part of this plot. There is room for one Riverclan Warrior, and one Thunderclan Apprentice. Please however wait for approval as it's not really fair if there is an uneven number of cats. Also the battles will be decide via the Battle system to ensure fairness.

The dawn was red as the sun rose over the forest, as if Starclan was foreshadowing the blood that would be spilt today. The birds barely chirped as Duskfall stalked towards Sunningrocks, not caring to mask his steps like he usually would when out in the forest. He had no interest in hunting prey today, the only thing he'd hunt would be Riverclan cats. With his fellow warriors, and apprentices behind him, he stepped out of the shelter of the forest onto Sunningrocks with confidence.

He had the might of Thunderclan behind him, giving him the strength of a lion, the speed of a cheetah, and the ferocity of a tiger. And his mate, Softsong, was with him also, conditionally approved by Flameclaw. He needed nothing more as he strode across to the border between Thunderclan and Riverclan. The river that had once been frozen was now completely melted due to the warmth of Newleaf.

Good, he thought to himself, they can't use their dirty tricks to try drown us like my sister. It was time that this border conflict was settled once and for all, and there was no time like the present. So with the approval and backing of his clan, Duskfall yowled across the river in challenge to any Riverclan cats nearby.

"If there are any true warriors left in Riverclan, show yourselves and face up to the crimes you have committed."



Wailingstream who'd been hunting nearby with his fellow clan cats, heard the unusual and insulting call of Duskfall and approached the River. His fur stood on edge when he noticed the sheer amount of Thunderclan cats that had amassed on the border. While he didn't know precisely what this was about, he had a feeling that this wouldn't end with a simple chat.

Blazingheart padded behind Duskfall, coming to stand next to him when they stopped at Sunningrocks. He was going to fight alongside his best friend no matter what, and he was going to fight to the end; Blazingheart was sure. The ginger tom glowed a blazing orange in the sunlight. He looked like he was on fire, matching his eyes which were flaming with rage. Blazingheart snarled as a Riverclan cat approached. "We are obviously not here to talk with your clan," he hissed. "We are here to fight!" He spat out the last word. "Unless if you're to much of a scaredy cat,"

Softsong paddedbehind her mate, Duskfall, and beside Blazingheart. She stood beside her mate when they stopped at Sunningrocks. She was ready for a fight either way it ended there wouldn't be any talking.

"Fight?" Wailingstream was both confused, and quite insulted by this open display of hostility. If anyone had the right to be mad, it was Riverclan. However many times had Thunderclan openly crossed their borders/strayed too close. The river was theirs, and Sunningrocks was their's too, despite Thunderclan acting like it was debatable. And they dared to challenge him, acting like Riverclan was in the wrong? Wailingstream didn't want a fight, but knew that he couldn't just stand here and let Riverclan seem weak. "Do we get to know what this is about at least? Or has Thunderclan taken to launching unprovoked attacks?"



Duskfall couldn't even speak, rage filling him as this grey tom pretended that he knew nothing and Thunderclan was overreacting. He wanted to hiss and claw the tom's face off, but was too infuriated to do anything that bristle and hiss. He glance over at his fellow warriors, hoping someone else would reply to this tom before he launched himself across the river without a care of whether he could swim or not.

Silverpaw followed behind her mentor, Duskfall alongside Softsong and Blazingheart. She had decided to fight, to aid her mentor and to prove her worth.

Icetail's mouth gaped open a little. Fear etched from her insides. They.. They've come to kill me for the deaths.. She shook with fear and hid behind her brother. Her eyes widened at Blazingheart's insulting sentence and growled lowly, but still in fear of what he may do. But then she got up. "No. We are not 'scaredy cats'. In fact, I will fight you." The strangely tall she-cat loomed over the two toms. She glared her eyes, trying to hide the screaming fear inside her of what they may do to make her pay. Maybe even kill her..

OOC: Yup. If it's still going we are going to get her to a point where she is half dead

Silverpaw backed up behind the other ThunderClan cats, trying to disguise her fear scent. What if everything goes wrong? "I can do this, I'll be fine." She muttered to herself.

ooc: But Cat, the point is to see who wins </3 don't die nuu

ic: Patchpaw had been with Icetail. Surprised at how quickly things had turned, he backed up near Icetail, his bushy tail sweeping against the ground. He could sense Icetail's fear-scent as he stood next to her. "We'll be okay," he assured, trying to mask his fear-scent as well. I just hope I don't get any blood on my fur...

Mousepaw heard the commotion from up river as he was hunting among the reeds. Instantly on alert, the apprentice sprinted downstream towards the RiverClan warriors gathered at the edge. Much like Wailingstream, Mousepaw was put off by the hostility. What had happened? Knowing that the others were itching for a fight, he couldn't let them fight on their own. Ears back, he kept quiet, observing the other side to see which cat he should attack first. Within the mass of cats, was another apprentice. She was a little bit smaller than him, so it would be easy to attack her. 'If only my clanmates weren't idiots...' He wasn't afraid of fighting, as he was fairly confident in his abilities. However, because he doesn't know why the ThunderClan cats were fighting about, it left him a bit confused.

OOC: Who else are we waiting on to join so we can fight?

IC: Blazingheart growled at Icetail. He wanted so badly to sink his teeth into her skin, but he held back. "She is the one. It's her fault your sister died," he whispered to Duskfall so that only he could hear. "Actually, that's Duskfall's job to fight you," he hissed to Icetail. It would be a lie if I said Blazingheart wasn't afraid. He was deathly afraid. He had never been in battle before. Starclan, please help us, he thought in his head. Please don't let me or Duskfall die or any other Thunderclan cats.

OOC: Pinely, I'm talking to Mockingchu cuz its something we discussed.

Icetail blinked in worry. "I hope so." She whispered the Patchpaw. She realized she was just barely over his height now. Weird. But thrn she realized something. Blazingheart. She glared. "I don't want to speak to you, mouse-breath." She spat, her temper rising.

Tawnypaw hissed at her. "Fish-face!" Icetail turned to the Thunderclan apprentice. She stuck out her tongue.

Specklefur stayed back, silently watching the commotion and insults be thrown across at each other, padding to the younger warrior, Blazingheart she rested her nose to her cheek. "It's okay to be afraid, I would have liked it if none of these cats saw battle but this is what all of you have been training for." Raising her voice so the other cats to hear she returned to her position with a hiss.


"C'mon you mangy fish eaters! Come over here with a fair fight! Unless you want us to automatically claim this part of sunningrocks for ours without a fight! Even for you that'd be pathetic!" She yowled, scuffing at the ground mockingly as she started pacing up towards the rocks to begin scuffing it, spraying it in a hopes at provoking them.

Trotting back down towards her patrol she used whatever tactic she could to mock and provoke the Riverclan warriors.



OOC: Does the sunningrocks even belong to Riverclan right now or what?))

OOC: Yeah, it's belonged to RiverClan for a long time now.

IC: "ThunderClan really is pathetic," a voice called from the reeds as Sparrowpaw stalked out, tail lashing. Ugh! Just hearing their words put a fire in her heart, and even without battle training, she wanted to dive into the river and claw them all apart herself. But she held herself back, ears flicking in irritation as she sheathed and unsheathed her claws. Her murky green eyes glinted in the dying sunlight. Of course she'd heard about the ThunderClan warrior who'd died recently. Everyone had, even if they looked clueless as they stared at the ThunderClan battle patrol amassed on their border. And from the story she'd been told...

"It was your own fault your mouse-brained Clanmate drowned. Only an idiot tries to run across a frozen river without knowing how to swim." Her voice was flat, just loud enough to be heard on the opposite shore, but you could sense the rising indignation in her tone. Honestly, they were as stupid as they were bloodthirsty. "Are you going to blame us because your idiot had an accident? Do you really think StarClan would be on your side if you tried to fight us now?"

Herbs were scarce enough with Newleaf only just arriving, but Sparrowpaw was caught between wanting to prevent bloodshed and teaching ThunderClan a lesson. They really were as self-righteous as everyone said. If that warrior hadn't drowned when he did, he probably would've died in some other stupid manner, like by trying to chase a monster on the Thunderpath because it looked at him funny. That was the law of the wild. "Your friend killed themselves. No one even laid a paw on them. If you want to avenge that idiot, why don't you go splash your paws in the water and see if it surrenders?"

OOC2: I assume everyone knows the story (or, more accurately, their own sides of the story). If Icetail kept it to herself and Sparrow shouldn't know all that just tell me.

"You mock us after what you've done?! So it is true, eating too many fishes have turned you into a fish-brained codeless scum. No wonder Twolegs mistake you lot as kittypets. I would too if it weren't for the stink of fish that followed you lot." Duskfall spat out, growling at Sparrowpaw for her viles lies intended to mock his sister's death. Blazingheart was there, and he trusted his friend's words over that of some Riverclan cat. Done with talking, he turned to face the she-cat Blazingheart said was responsible for Coalfur's death. Bristling, his eyes narrowed as they locked onto her. "And you. You're mine."



Wailingstream almost sighed when he realised what the Thunderclan cats were all worked up about. He knew that even thought it was an accidental drowning, the stupid vicious idiots wouldn't let it go. He had been somewhat surprised the past moon that there had been no retaliation attempts by their mouse-brained neighbours. But then again, even if the stupid she-cat hadn't of drowned, he guessed they would have fought over something else. After all, Riverclan and Thunderclan were like oil and water. He only hoped that no one would die due to this fight, Newleaf had only just begun and prey had been scarce this Leafbare. And with the new influx of kits, there were many mouths to feed. Riverclan needed as many warriors around as possible.

OOC: Sorry, I didn't know Sunningrocks was RC. No one corrected me when I assumed in past RP's so I thought it was TC's.
OOC2: Yes, I think most people know there own side of the story, or at least there had been a lot of border fighting and we want to settle this matter.
OOC3: We're waiting on Spottedleaf, Iceychu, and Crystal, and we need to wait or RC will be crushed with no hope of winning.

ic: Rainpaw's ear's flickered. Hostile icy blue eye's looking wary, the apprentice's nose had siganled that thunder-clan flea-bags had entered the territory. She needed to go there right away, who knows what those mouse-brains would want. They have been very blood-thirsty lately, an annoyed grow rose in Rainpaw's throat as she quickly darted away towards where the scent was coming from, sunning-rocks. The mouse-brains possibly want to take them back, but no way was Riverclan going to let them do that, they were a million times stronger then the weak kittypets.

Once she arrived, she had noticed that their was a group of them, all looking hostile and blood-thirsty. Rainpaw wasn't that intimidated after all, thunder-clan was just full of weak kitty-pet things. If they wanted to battle there was a slim chance that they would win. "Hmmm say what you must, but you can never get under our fur with those mouse-brained comments..." Rainpaw growled a sneer on her face, as her claws started to poke out of her paws. Rainpaw hardly noticed that her brother Patchpaw was also here, facing thunderclan with her. It was a bit of relief, her disablity of having one eye could get her hurt, even though she hated being taken care of it. Rainpaw quickly padded over to Patchpaw's side her whiskers twitching. "Now what is it that you flea-pelts want anyways? A battle? Becareful what you wish for, it doesn't even look like you have your deputy or leader. Do they even support your decision right now?" Rainpaw spoke harshly, even though she was an apprentice, she probaly shouldn't even be speaking but she loved getting under peoples fur, it made the situation alot more intresting.
