Dovekit, Waterkit, Poppykit, and Fennelkit's Apprentice Ceremonies

Leaping onto the rock to look over the clan, Thrushstar called for another meeting. There were more ceremonies that needed to take place. "Let all cats old enough to capture their own prey gather underneath Jaggedrock for a clan meeting!"

The first one out of the nursery was Fennelkit, racing to get to the rock first after hearing about her ceremony. She was so excited to get out of that nursery and into the apprentice's den! She completely forgot to clean out her fur... Well, she didn't forget. Mistflower was trying to clean her but Fennelkit had managed to only get through half of it before she shot away for the ceremony. "I'm so excited!!" she squealed.

Scratchpaw looked at Fennelkit, fur all smoothed. Well, this is going to be fun. More and more cats were joining the apprentice den, and soon it'll be crowded. It's not like he didn't want more warriors to make a stronger Clan, but it was going to be stuffed in there. He padded up to the kit and smiled. "Excited, are we?" he purred.

Poppykit bounded out of the nursery, her orange pelt shining against the bright afternoon sun. "Our apprentice ceremony!" She squeaked, hopping over by her sister.

"Tonight we gather to make these kits apprentices," he called to the clan. "Poppykit, from now on until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Poppypaw and your mentor will be Icestorm. Fennelpaw, from now until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Fennelpaw and your mentor shall be Squirrelnose. May your mentors teach you everything they know," Thrushstar then leaped off of the rock, finishing the ceremony.
