April Gathering 2014

The night was clear, bright, and cold.

A round full moon hung above them in a starlit sky, casting silver light into the clearing. New leaves were budding on the branches of the Great Oaks that swished and swayed with each passing breeze, whispering lullabies and filling the air with sweet sad music. Reedstar stared up at them with calm curiosity and wondered if they were mourning another fallen Clan. Hopefully that is the last of it. He clambered up the Great Rock and glanced to the icy stars shining down at them. We have seen enough bloodshed. ShadowClan was gone. Maybe it would teach them all what the price was to turn on the code.

Acornpaw wondered over to the Thunderclan area were Thunderclan was.he couldn't see anything due to his blindness.He stepped on something...something furry.
Moonpaw turned to the other apprentice who stepped on her tail."Can't you watch were you're going?"She hissed.Acornpaw could smell and feel the area around him but nothing else."Sorry, I'm blind."He mewed.Moonpaw's anger and irritation left."Sorry I didn't know you were blind."She whispered.Moonpaw went and sat near Falconflight.

Minnowflash followed Reedstar and took a seat near the Great Rock. Not many cats were here yet so he decided to give himself a small wash as the sweet melody of the wind in the trees rang clear in the quiet hollow.

Stormblaze sat down in the clearing and waited for someone to talk to.

Whiteshadow stayed in the shadows with boredom.

Nightglow sat down and yawned. She was quite tired that day.

Firepaw was behind minnow flash it then veered away and sat down.

With a full moon shining brightly, did that mean StarClan approved of what had happened? With no clouds obscuring their journey, did it mean that they didn't care? As Falconstar led his clan into Fourtrees, he gazed around at the four stable oaks, as if one of them might come crashing down at any moment. Once there was five, and then there was four… Now, perhaps there would be only three. With WindClan fanning out behind him, he leaped up onto the Great Rock and took a seat next to Reedstar, nodding curtly at the RiverClan leader before gazing over at the mingling clans. There were too many secrets being hidden, too many miscreants going unpunished. How could the clans coexist if the seeds of distrust were so easily sewn? Were they even meant to coexist at all? "Nothing will be the same," he mewed softly to Reedstar, glancing over at the cat who at times had been his ally and his enemy. Where did the two clans stand now: together, or apart?

With the rest of WindClan followed, Snow-eye padded across the clearing, eyeing other cats along the way. Too much mistrust and broken bonds, not enough enforcement of the codes. While she was completely against battle, there was a feeling that it would start stirring up once again, even after ShadowClan's demise, with all the murders within WindClan. Owlpelt and Lavenderheart... Gone without a trace. That was too bothersome for her to simply ignore. With such judgment and the fact that there were other cats now there, some who do not belong in the clans yet were accepted anyway, who knew what the other clans were thinking? So many strays... so many deaths... Was this something StarClan had planned? If so... Would StarClan really be approving a Gathering that could be ending in catastrophe?

Ravenwing, reluctant of going out to the Gathering after avoiding going anywhere outside of WindClan's original expanse, simply ignored any cats, not even trying to spot Ashcloud at the Gathering this time. She couldn't let all of them be found out so easily... Ignore it, simply ignore it. Too much was at stake if they were found out. Heading over to where the medicine cats normally sat, the black she-cat took her place where she was to be. A bit exhausted and stressed from all the pressure of the murders, her findings of Twopelt, and the number of injuries that were recently treated, she evidently made it impossible to notice such things. She didn't exactly want attention to be placed on her because of it. The other medicine cats most likely also out of breath from everything as well.

Lunarpaw, a fairly new apprentice, wasn't quite sure what to do. The blue she-cat had simply followed her clan out to this place galled "Fourtrees" due to the four great oaks there. It was said that the full moon was a time for the clans to peacefully gather, yet... Everyone seemed so tense. She didn't want to interact with anyone either, so simply seated herself away from any other cat in an isolated area far from the center where many would most likely be sitting. It was so... crowded and a bit frightening to see so many different cats who almost all bore claw marks from the battles.

Twopelt arrived with WindClan. He then sat near the Thunderclan cats and waited for Flowerfrost.

Coldpaw arrived soon after the leader and sat down close to the greath rock, waiting for Midnightpaw and Honeypaw if she was with him which im fine with but idk if cold is but i totes ship honey and mid.

(No one gonna talk to Stormblaze or Firepaw or Whiteshadow or Nightpaw?)

Stormblaze had a bored gaze. He had a frown and his eyes were dull.

Whiteshadow stayed hidden. He was tired.

Nightglow looked over at Twopelt. She managed a small smile. Maybe he'll be willing to have a small conversation, she thought.

MidnightPaw sat down beside ColdPaw. He waited calmly for Honeypaw

Honeypaw, the last of the three apprentices, walked over to Coldpaw and Midnightpaw. She looked around, and sat down. This was her first gathering, so she wasn't sure what would happen, and she felt just the slightest bit scared of everyone there.

"Don't be worried. Nothing bad is going to happen" He said to Honeypaw.

Twopelt saw Nightglow all by themself. He cautiously padded up to the other cat and asked, "A... are you alright?"

Blackpaw Wandered Through the gathering, it was her first time, and she wanted to make a couple friends. She saw a cat that looked like an apprentice. She walked over to Firepaw, and tried to act normal. "Hi, how are you?" she asked.

Blackpaw(the other Blackpaw) didn't feel so good, she felt sick. Maybe it was because she was was nervous. She started to walk off, but close by, she saw Whiteshadow. She let out a small weird sound, and put on a fake smile. She walked a little closer and said "Hi."

Graypaw Sprinted into the gathering, stopping himself beside Honeypaw. "How are you Honeypaw?" he asked as he leaned over and winked at Midnightpaw. Wow, two girls like him! I wonder which one he'll chose.

(Do you mean Nightglow, Shade?)

Whiteshadow looked up. He let out a small wheeze.
"oh hi," he said.

Firepaw looked up and smiled.
"Hi," she replied.

Nightglow looked at Twopelt.
"Hey." (If your talking to me)

Stormblaze padded over to Acornpaw and Moonpaw.
"Hey guys," he said.

Blackpaw looked out at the rest of the clans. She didn't know how all the other apprentices could be so calm. She tuned back to Whiteshadow. "If you don't want me near you, just say it." she said.

"My name is Blackpaw. What's your name?" She asked. (I can't think of anything else soooo, yeah.)
