Medicine Cat Meeting 03/09/2014

It's starting to become new-leaf. I doubt there's snow on the ground, and it's starting to warm up. Have fun

Sorrelpaw had gotten there first; unaccompanied by Lichencloud due to his need to stay at camp. The spotted tom was looking forwards to this, and wanted to make things go smoothly without Lichencloud.

Swiftnose was next to arrive. He was surprised to see Sorrelpaw because he was usually first and the apprentice was also without his mentor. "Hello, Sorrelpaw. Is Lichencloud alright?"

The apprentice nodded, understanding Swiftnose's concern. "Yeah, he insisted on staying at camp and me going, I don't know why exactly... but I didn't want to question him." Sorrelpaw responded; dipping his head before speaking to the medicine cat.

Mallowroot padded up the hill, his eyes glazed with sleep and his ears flicking in irritation. The medicine cat took a couple huffs of breath as he met the others. "Why don't I just have an apprenticd to go to these?" He sighed quietly.

Ravenwing, being the last to arrive, gave a nod to the three other medicine cats in greeting. Glancing up at the moon before turning to Mothermouth, the black she-cat beckoned to her colleagues to hasten their pace. They'll be late if they wait any long. Without waiting for an answer, the WindClan medicine cat turned and started padding over the moors and towards Highstones.

Flicking his tail, Sorrelpaw looked at the WindClan medicine cat, not really getting her urgency. Shrugging it off, he dipped his head in greeting to Mallowroot, understanding his exhaustion. Sorrelpaw could see how the tom wore his age; but envied him at his strength to keep serving his clan, understanding that it may havw not been as rough on the ShadowClan medicine cat to send an apprentice for ShadowClan's part. He had also heard about the sickness the Clan had came down with, and had lt a ShadowClan warrior know he would gladly supply herbs. Rising to his paws, he started to follow the black she-cat; excited to talk to StarClan again.

Swiftnose dipped his head politely to Mallowroot, feeling sympathy. When Ravenwing wordlessly insisted on hurrying it up, he chuckled and followed after at a slight, happy trot.
