Soulpaw's battle training

Snowfall yawned as she got out of her den. "Oh boy... Battle training." Snowfall muttered under her breathe. She walked over to her apprentice's den and meowed, "Soulpaw. Battle training. Come on."

OOC: Just saying, you don't have to do hunting/assessment. Unless you wanted to. But it is no longer required. Since Soul is a new member, she would need to know the battle system. But just saying this isn't required. ;-; you may continue if you want though

OOC: No offense Rose, but you're not a mod or admin. If they wanna tell is they can, but when you tell us, it isn't very.. Let's say necessary or appropriate.

IC: Snowfall padded to a sandy area. "Alright. First one we are going to do is going to be leap and hold. You jump onto your opponents back and pin them down while raking down their sides with undheathed claws. Let's just do it with sheathed claws." Snowfall replied simply. "Try attacking me."

Snowfall was impressed but easily threw her apprentice off and put her paw on his chest. "Easy kill. Do you know what you did wrong?"

Snowfall increased her amount of pressure on Soulpaw's chest. "Good." She let go of her apprentice and nodded. "And stop trying to be perfect. Just focus. You can't get it right the very first time. Try it again but less floppily." Snowfall snapped back at her apprentice.

Snowfall dodged the blow to her side and bucked her apprentice off, slowly putting her face in Soulpaw's face. "Try it again. This time sneakily. Don't come right at me. It's obvious where you were going to stike." Snowfall released her gaze and looked around. "Again." She repeated.

OOC: No, I'm doing it fine. This is exactly how Shadow taught me.

IC: Snowfall'a knees buckled and she fell to the ground. "Alright! Alright! You got me! That is very good Soulpaw!" She felt very proud she could teach her apprentice.
