What are the duties of a medicine cat: The duties of a medicine cat are to heal every single member of the clan and to care for them. They are to learn every aspect of the medicine cat world, and to respect the medicine cat codes and rules. They also have a job to look at each clan member as their own kits, and care for them equally. They do not hold grudges to the other clans, and are to stay out of the fighting of the clan. If a cat of another clan needs help, they are to help them if they can. They also discuss medicine and healing suggestions with other medicine cats, and share their herbs if they can and are needed. Medicine cats are the clan’s connection to StarClan, so they are to receive and decode the prophecies. The medicine cat also works closely with the leader. They are to give the leader opinions on what is best for the clan, and to share concerns on how the clan is doing.
What you would do with this position: In this position, I would try my best to heal all of the cats that need healing, and to help the ones that are injured. I would try my best to understand the other cat’s wants and needs to give them the best healing they can efficiently. I will use my connection with StarClan to make sure we are aware of all the prophecies they are trying to tell me. I will also work hard to console my leader when they need it. I will work hard to treat every clan member the same.
Why you think you deserve this position: I think I deserve this position because I know a lot about being a medicine cat and what is required. This will be my second life, and second medicine cat. I’ve been on this site for almost a year, and I am a very active member on this forum.
