I had to shovel heavy snow today and yesterday and my back is killing me. Which means I'm making less trips everywhere, so I won't be on until I feel well enough to...well, move more.
Sorry, but it hurts from the bottom of my back up my left side to under my left shoulder. Heat cream stuff works for a bit but...

I'll miss you!!!

Thanks, guys. I'm better-ish. Still can't bend over well, but I'm getting better fast. Though, my shoulder area still is off when I move it a lot.
