Self hunting trip

Seeing the fresh-kill pile lower than usual, Nightpaw decided to go on a hunting trip-alone. Unsure if she could go out of camp since she had no official mentor, the black she-cat decided to play it safe and sneak out of camp though the dirtplace. To make sure she wasn't followed, she walked backwards. But because she couldn't see where she was going, her single white paw sank in mud. At least, she hoped it was. Stifiling a hiss of disgust, she turned and raced to the river surronding camp. She dived into it, almost as quiet as a soft breeze.
