Kitten Play-Time

Wingedkit's ears laid flat and she pawed gently at Willowkit and pouted, "One day!" she whispered. The she-cat jumped to her paws and turned around, "There's got to be more to see here! Just think, one day we'll know every inch of RiverClan's territory!"

She smiled at that. "Yup. We'll know everything."

The white form of Wingedkit gazed at the apprentice den, "I just can't wait," she meowed to her friend. Her body scurried towards the den, "Soon enough this will be our den!" Wingedkit beamed at the apprentice's den then back at Willowkit, "I'll be the best warrior RiverClan has ever seen! But first I'll be the best apprentice, my mentor will be so proud to say they mentored me!" She rambled on and on.

Willowkit got just as caught up in the moment as Wingedkit. She bounded forward behind her friend, staring with wide, wondrous eyes at the apprentice den. "I'll be the best hunter! All the Clans will look at me and be stunned! I will be able to catch anything, and fighting too! My rivals will rue the day they crossed paths with me!!"
