Poppykit needs help! D:

It was a cool, foggy morning in RiverClan territory. The grass was wet with the fresh morning dew, prey were starting to come out of their dens to forage for food, and the river was running just as quickly as usual, the currents bringing anything with them that couldn't swim,Including a small black, unconcious bundle of fur who was in lots of danger. The tiny she-kit only had a matter of time before she ran out of breath,water filled her lungs, and drowned. Fate was not looking good for her, when to her luck she was swept up to the sandy shore on the edge of the river, and stopped. Breathing very slowly and soft, anyone who saw her would think that that she was dead.....

Greypaw padded towards the end of the river she just felt like taking a walk, suddenly a scent wafted over her open mouth as it rubbed against her scent glands, racing forward she saw the black scrap of fur, it looked only like wet fur from a cat but she licked it anyways, feeling the bumpy spine of the animal she licked it backwards, for a long time before grabbing its scruff and pelting back to camp "Please Starclan watch over this kit, make sure she lives, sees what the world awaits her!" she murmered as she ran.

The kit, stayed unconcious her head bobbing back and forth as the strange cat ran with her. She could feel herself starting to slip away as her breathing worsened, getting quicker and tinier, until they sounded like little squeaks.

Suddenly she cried out "STARCLAN IF YOU ARE THERE HELP HER!" she yowled but muffled by the kits fur as she forced herself to run faster.

Her body fell to the ground limply as she was put down. She felt a warm tongue licking her, and felt herself starting to warm up. She let out two soft breaths, beginning to feel a small bit better, but if they didn't get to the camp soon she was going to be in trouble. As her back was exposed to the cat it also revealed two large gashes in her fur, from when she must have been bumped up against the rocks on her way down the river. Scarlet started to lazily slide down her fur, making her fur look even blacker than usual.

She was half way from camp now but she had to stop, placing the kit on the ground she licked the kits fur backwards again.

"Oh no" she meowed and picked her up again and pelted for camp once again "SILVERSHADE!" she yowled.

As soon as the life had started to come back to the small kit, it left. Her wounds were now bleeding heavily, and with how small she is her chances of surviving were dwindling down to bad odds.

Suddenly she saw the camp she bolted high speed she thundered into camp yowling curling around the kit with impact and tumbled still holding the kit, her eyes shut solid and her paws around the kit.

She suddenly felt impact to the ground, but soft paws around her kept any real damage from happening.Still unconcious and her wounds now leaking a steady stream of blood she could feel everything start to spin, from all the blood loss.

Greypaw placed a paw onto the wound and pressed "Please don't let go, kit" she whispered, praying she could stop it until her wound is attended to.

As pressure was pressed onto her wound, her face contorted into pain and she let out a tiny moan. Even with the pain though, the blood stopped flowing as heavily, btut was still trickling out.

She then let go of the kit and her eyes open "I'm in camp, perfect" she was exhausted from running at full speed, suddenly she fell limp in exhaustion but re-gripped the scruff.

Morningkit scented blood in the camp. She pushed out of the Nursery and saw Greypaw standing over a kit. She ran over, asking, "What happened?" Already, instinctive, she was thinking about what herbs, from her measly amount of knowledge, that would help. She had learned the basics from the cats in the clan, but would have to wait until she was an apprentice to learn from a full medicine cat.
