Leopardpaw was waiting at the entrance of camp. The fresh kill was running low, and in the timee of leafbare, food was essential.

Leopardpaw purred. "Come, lets go get some food."

Graystream watched the two of them leave the camp. He felt pride that ThunderClan's Apprentices were so eager to support the well being of their Clan.

Leopardpaw sped off into the forest. Mouse! She thought, opening her jaws.

Graystream thought for a moment before deciding to join Leopardpaw and Lightningpaw on their hunt. He slowly padded up until he was only a few tail-lengths away from Leopardpaw. He noticed her scenting the air and he made sure not to make any sudden sounds so he wouldn't scare the prey away.

Leopardpaw gripped the mouse in her jaws and killed it.

"Nice catch," His meow was approving as he padded up next to her, "Do you think you can catch one more?" His gaze was over a decently sized vole, it was moving very slowly and had no idea of the ThunderClan cats that were nearby.

Leopardpaw scented the vole too. She dropped into a crouch and pounced. The vole began to run, so she hooked it with her claws and threw it into the air. The vole fell to the ground, stunned, and she killed it with a bite to the neck.

"Very good," His voice had a very satisfied ring to it as he looked proudly at the ThunderClan Apprentice. He sat down and looked around the forest, scented other pieces of prey and noticing the slight movement of brambles nearby.

shiningpaw padded quitely in the opiste direction of them seh looked in the leaves in front of her Thrush!!!!!!she got in to the position and ponced and snapped its neak snd buried it to come back later
