Border patrol (windclan and riverclan)

Butterfly star led her patrol around the older border that they were now claiming back after sleepystar died.

Runningfoot padded quickly along right behind her mother. Determination was in her eyes and heart. She was ready for anything to happen.

Moonstar looked from across the Gorge. She flicked her tail back and forth, waiting for the leader of WindClan to approach. Whenever she spotted the she-cat, the leader froze. "Butterflystar, Runningfoot." She greeted with a polite dip of the head. She repeated what she was going to say over and over again in her mind.

"moon star" she nodded "we have come to take back the land that belonged to us before the clans were united" she said calmly

The deputy's hackles raised. She didn't trust for one and didn't like RiverClan. Holding back a snarl, wanting to be mature about this situation. "Moonstar" Runningfoot said in a deeper voice that came from the pit of her throat.

Shiningpaw padded farther behind she looked at the Riverclan leader with icy blue eyes.

Bluepaw sat near the back of the patrol. The smallest cat of the group was bristling a bit with fear. If a fight broke out, Butterflystar would take her on, right? He stared at his small paws before drawing his tail over them.

Shiningpaw sat next to Bluepaw her gaze locked on the leader

Pantherclaw padded up behind his mate and leader, his eyes on the patrol before them.

"Something wrong here?" he meowed, looking at Runningfoot particularly. Glancing at Moonstar, he noticed she seemed to be concentrating on something at the moment.

Runningfoot saw the quick glance from Pantherclaw. Sitting to try and restrain herself. Taking a deep breathe, she moved her glare from the RiverClan cats to the ground.

Hopeclaw came up too. She glared at the Windclan cats.

Stormeye bounded up after the three WindClan cats, having noticing a butterfly and got distracted by it (Really manly if I must say). He slid to a stop when he noticed Moonstar. "Oh, Moonstar!" he meowed, dipping his head to the leader.

"Hello Stormeye." She replied with a slight purr, before turning her attention to Butterflystar. "Butterflystar, we have to talk. I was preferring something a little more... private, though..." She said, looking at the gathering WindClan and RiverClan cats without emotion, although inside she was a little annoyed.

"fine" she said getting a little annoyed with the glares her clan was getting what did we do? she asked herself

Shiningpaw snorted as other cats from RiverClan appeared. what next? are they going to attack us? She thought bitterly
