Hmmm, perhaps a tornado? Like, mini one I suppose. Total and utter destruction with trees laying everywhere, even maybe a few on WindClan and ShadowClan. ThunderClan and SkyClan must stay cuz trees have blocked the ways back and WindClan is captured, plus ShadowClan... well, idk about them, but they already have joined at some point. So... trapped-ness? and more trees and twoleg dwellings surrounding RiverClan so they can't just go around...?

Tornadoes don't usually last very long or cover big areas of land. For example, a tornado can completely destroy houses on one side of a street but the houses on the other side could be completely fine. It would probably be highly unlikely that a tornado could travel through all of the clans' territories.
