Tawnypaw's Medicine Cat Ceremony

As it started to get dark, Shadowsong padded to the apprentice's den. "Tawnypaw!" She called, hoping the medicine cat apprentice was in here.

Tawnypaw yawned,and got up."Yes,Shadowsong?" She mewed,padding over to her clans deputy.

"It's time for your Medicine Cat Ceremony," She replied with a happy look on her face. Since Deathberry's disappearance, it was great that they were finally getting another Medicine Cat. "As you know, we have to travel to the Moonstone so be prepared."

Tawnypaw nodded,and got made up two bundles of traveling herbs.She had her herbs in her den,and carried the other bundle out to Shadowsong."Take these.They will give you strength on the journey",she mewed,dropping the herbs at her deputys paws.
OOC:As soon as you take the herbs,we go straight to the Moonstone.

Shadowsong nodded and ate the herbs quickly. After she got them down, she made a face. Herbs weren't always the greatest tasting thing ever. "Alright, let us go then." She then turned to exit the camp.

Tawnypaw nodded,and headed out of the camp,after her deputy.

Soon the two cats had arrived at the moonstone.Tawnypaw was very excited that she was about to become a full medicine cat.She sat down outside the Moonstone,and waited for her leader.

Shadowsong was quickly behind her but stopped when she reached the entrance. "I do not believe I can go any further for I am not a medicine cat. But I trust you know the way?" She asked, looking at her former apprentice.

Tawnypaw nodded,and padded down through the dark tunnels.She had learned the way when she was made a medicine cat apprentice.Tawnypaw soon arrived in the cave.The moon was almost right.

In the faint moonlight that was peaking over the cave, a starry shaped formed beside the Moonstone. It was Ebonyroot, looking as young as the day she got her own name, and proud of her apprentice all the same. "Greetings, Young Tawnypaw, come forward to the stone."

Tawnypaw nodded calmy,and padded forward until she was beside Ebonyroot.

The moon hit the stone and sparkled throughout the entire cave, it was near blinding. "I, Ebonyroot, Former Medicine Cat of ShadowClan and Warrior of StarClan, call upon my fellow ranks to look down on this apprentice. She has trained hard to learn the ways of the medicine cat and with your help she will continue to serve her clan for many moons..." The calico she-cat paused, looking at the young Tawnypaw in the eyes. "Tawnypaw, do you promise to uphold the ways of a medicine cat, to stand apart from rivalry between Clan and Clan and to protect all cats equally, even at the cost of your life?"

"I do" She mewed,looking at Ebonyroot,her tail twitching with excitement,yet she was very calm.

Then by the powers of StarClan I give you your true name as a medicine cat. Tawnypaw, from this moment you will be known as Tawnyfur. StarClan honors your patience and determination, and we welcome you as a full medicine cat of ShadowClan." Ebonyroot finished her soft chime and gladly touched noses with the newly named warrior.

When she was pit, Shadowsong met her right outside with a quizzically look on her face. "It went well, I presume, Tawnypaw?"
