Silentkit's Ceremony

Sleepystar poked his head into the nursery. "Silentkit?" he called softly. By his side were two bundle of herbs that he had took without permission, one was much bigger than the other.

Silentkit looked up at Sleepystar, letting out a yawn. "Oh, it is time?" she whispered as she got to her paws. She blinked, she hadn't see Swanpaw in forever. Where did she go? Shaking the thought from her head, she padded up to Sleepstar. "Are we going to the Moonstone?" she asked, her eyes wide. She had never been there before, but to be fair, she had never been out of camp before.

"Yes." he answered quietly. "If you're sure you want to go through with it. There are some drawbacks to becoming a medicine cat." Sleepystar warned.

Silentkit nodded, letting out a yawn. "Yes, I am sure that I want to become a medicine cat. I want to be able to help my Clan!" She quickly glanced at the exit of the camp, then looked back at Sleepystar. "Should we get going?"

Sleepystar nodded. "Alright then. Hopefully we can make it before it gets dark." He started off towards the exit, more slowly from his age. "Come along now." he beckoned.

Silentkit nodded, as she bounded after Sleepystar, her fur fluffed against the cold. I'm going to be a medicine cat!

LATERRRRRR~

Soon, the ground grew rocky beneath their paws and Mothermouth gaped open before them. "I can't go any further. You'll have to go in there alone. Just follow the main tunnel, Silentkit." he told her, standing guard in front of the entrance.

Silentkit nodded, and disappeared as she swallowed by the blackness of the tunnel. She felt the side of the tunnels being brushed by her whiskers., and all she could hear was the padding of her paws as she followed what seemed to be many paw-steps, when suddenly she entered the main cave. A bright light seemed to explode before, as the moonlight hit the great stone. Walking up to the glowing stone, she laid down and placed her nose to the ice-cold rock, and slipped into sleep.
She awoke in a clearing, where four giant trees loomed above her. Gazing around, Silentkit let out a meow. "Hello? Anyone here?"

OOC-Sorry to post here, but Ebony said she would also be your mentor as well as mine, but, congrats!

Ooc: Actually I agreed to be her mentor so ya! Grandpa's coming! x3

Ic: "Hello Silentkit." a voice meowed. A gray tom stepped forward, his blue eyes glittering as he did so. Behind the strange tom, stood many cats, all connected to the little kit one way or another.

"Is it your wish to enter the mysteries of StarClan as a medicine cat?" he spoke again, gazing down at his granddaughter.

Silentkit looked up at the gray tom. "It is," she whispered, as she gazed at who would be her mentor.

"Then come forward." he meowed, remembering the words said many times before.

"Cats of StarClan, I present to you this apprentice. She has chosen the path of a medicine cat. Grant her your wisdom and insight so that she may understand your ways and heal your clan in accordance to your will." his voice echoing in the night.

"Silentkit, until you have earn your warrior name, you will be known as Silentpaw. Serve your clan well." he finished with a smile, and rested his head on the new medicine cat apprentice.

"Oh, my name is Icewhisker. I was the previous medicine cat for WindClan. I'm glad I got you of all cats to train." the tom whispered, still smiling at Silentpaw.

Silentpaw looked up at Icewhisker, and nodded. "I'll be the best medicine cat ever!" she whispered.

Occ: So I guess I should just wake up and then go back to the camp. =p

Ooc: Yuppers!

Ic: "But you won't be as good as me. Now it's time to wake up. Your first training session will take place in two days. It's been a while since I trained a cat, so I need to prepare. Try and memorize some names of some herbs. The warriors will know the simple ones, so try asking them." he told her, hoping this cat was a fast learner.

Silentpaw nodded, flicking her tail. "Of course! Goodbye, Icewhisker!" she meowed as everything started to fade around her. Opening up her eyes, she found herself next to the moonstone. She rose to her paws, and padded up the tunnel until she reached Sleepystar, whom was still standing outside. "Lets go home," she meowed as she padded toward the camp, letting out a small purr. She was on her way to becoming a medicine cat!
