Envyshadow let a growl out "You must learn to hunt, you wont think it as boring when it is leafbare and you have no dinner!" he snapped, flicking his tail, he thought the kit was annoying just as Honey did. "You must carry your own wheigh, and Moonpaw will help you, she will be your mentor." he finsihed with a nod.

After a few seconds he flikced an ear "Now does anyone have anything to say, spesificly you two?" he nodded to his two young warriors.

"Okay." she muttered.

Dispares eyes became slits,"what do you think of power?" he asked his mentor scepticly

"Power?" she asked.

Moonpaw nodded as she accepted her new role as a mentor of the kit, but drew a sharp intake of breath as her fellow young warrior asked such an in depth question. Her pale eyes fell on her mentor as she waited for his answer.

"Well?" she asked, turning to Envyshadow.

Envyshadow narrowed his eyes in confusion "Power?" he echoed. "What do you mean." he lashed his tail. "Power is control, power is surperiority, power is strenth...." he thought of a way to explain. "Power is...is...is..." his eyes darkened "Power is everything!" he growled.

a sly smile lit Dispare's black face," I feel that we all lack this power," he meowed," but I think that we should have a leader who would better deserve this pwoer," he added with a snear

Envyshadow flicked his ear, ignoring Dispares comment. "I agree, we lack this power, but do we really need it?" Envyshadow may be evil, but its not power he desiers, not above all else at leist. "We have been trained by the warriors of the shadows, what more power could you possible want?"

He knew Moonpaw, Honey, and Bubble didnt share the craving for power Dispare did, maybe he could talk him out of it with their help. He didn't need one of his apprentices trying to overthrough him, because from what he just heard thats what it sounds like.

"No it's not. Impossible, power is not all!" Gracekit meowe.

Dispare whipped his head to the kit's face,"Power is everything!" he yowled,"and I want all of it!" he snarled and in an instent they were muzzle-to-muzzle because of an extrordinary leap the small cat took

"Get out of my face." she hissed, catching him on the nose with her claws.

Dispare pinned the kit in one fluent blow by ramming her body into the ground with a strong and well aimmed blow. "I shall do as I wish!" he hissed in her ear

She squeaked as the scent of blood hit her nose. She bit hard into Despair's paws. "Get off me you flea-ridden mange pelt!" she snarled.
