Hangin' At Sunnin' Rocks

Moonfrost sat on Sunningrocks and soaked up its warmth with the sun beaming down on her. She had her eyes closed and heard a cat walk up.

Badgerfang padded up to Moonfrost, letting out a sigh. She had been upset ever since Maypaw disappeared. She had been looking for Maypaw, but she had given up. There was just so sign of her apprentice. Badgerfang laid down next to her old mentor, as she tried to think of why Maypaw would just disappear...

"Hello." Sparrowflight padded into the clearing, yawning and choosing to stretch out along the rocks beside Moonfrost, letting her belly soak up the sun. This was the life.

Moonfrost looked up at Badgerfang. (I almost put paw XD) " What's bothering you, Badgerfang?" She asked when she saw the saddness in the young warriors eyes.

Badgerfang dipped her head in greetings to her sister, and then turned to Moonfrost. "It's Maypaw...I still can't find her...I-I'm just worried about what could of caused her to be away this long..."

"You've scented it, haven't you?" Sparrowflight yawned. "She betrayed her clan and ran off with rogues."

Moonfrost put her tail tip on BadgerFANG'S shoulder. " I'm sure she'll come back." She meowed and gave Sparrowflight a sharp look. " Thats not for sure, maybe she was taken." She argued.

"The clearing where her trail ended, the sharp was strong, there was no fear scent. No signs of struggle." Sparrowflight flipped back over, a glaze in her eyes. She ignored Moonfrost's harsh gaze. "We can hope, but what's the point? There's no point in making the truth sweet like a fresh fish. Her loyalty obviously doesn't lie in us..."

Badgerfang shook her head, "I just don't believe that she would do that! Why would Maypaw just leave us...she is one of my best friends..." Badgerfang laid her head on her paws and sighed. Then raised her head when she thought of something. "Wait...Sparrowflight," she meowed as she turned to her sister. "Have you seen Hopepaw? She wasn't in her nest last night when I went to go check on Duskpaw."

"She ran off to twolegplace. Rogue was scented there too." Sparrowflight set her head down in between her paws, much like her sister. "Bunch of traitors, the lot of them. You think you know a cat. Shame it is, really." She flicked her tail. "At least Duskpaw and Rainpaw have their heads on straight."

Moonfrost looked surprised. " Hopepaw's gone?" She asked, concern in her eyes as she contemplated over it. First Maypaw and now Hopepaw? Did rogues take her too?

Badgerfang nodded to Moonfrost, then placed her head on her paws again, closing her eyes. "But...but what if Rainpaw and Duskpaw join too? Who can we trust?" she whispered, as she flicked her tail. "I was so happy to become Maypaw's mentor...and she was so happy too. I thought that she would be my apprentice until she became a warrior...but now...but now she joined a rogue...and that could mean...no.." The more Badgerfang thought about it, the colder she felt. Would Maypaw join the Dark Forest? She couldn't! Only evil cats go there, and Maypaw wasn't evil!

"These are very troubled times, when you can't even trust your own clanmates." A dark look overcome her face. "We should tell Sleepystar about this, the loyalty of every clan member is coming into question, but I say let them stay out there. All evidence shows they made their choice freely. Leaf-bare is coming up. Without the support of the clan they will suffer, and it will be on their own paws." She peered over at Badgerfang. "Don't cry over Maypaw, the clan needs you more. Duskpaw needs your guidence."

Moonfrost nodded. " Sparrowflights right. You shouldn't grieve(Spellfail?) over Maypaw. She could come back, but only time will tell. Until then your clan needs you." She meowed, crossing her paws.

OOC: ebs. Let me get this straight. Maypaw was scared as hell when she aws in the fox den. Understand that. Mmkay? PLUS, she's not staying DF. It's a trick she's playing on drags.
