Darkpaw's Border Patrol (Any apprentice may join as well)

Ghoststar went to the apprentices den and called out to Darkpaw. It'd been a while since she'd trained anyone and Foxpaw... Hadn't made it to warrior.

Darkpaw ran out to see what Ghoststar wanted. He hoped it had to do with finally continuing his training, as he had been waiting for awhile to do so

Ghoststar smiled. "Ready for your border patrol?"

"Yeah" Darkpaw said. He had never really been on a border patrol before, so he didn't really know what it was about, but he heard that he had to do it to become a warrior

"Alright then," Ghoststar said. "Where would you like to start?"

Shadowkit saw ghoststar and padded up to her in quickness "have you seen my mother scarletfire or father darkblood?" she asked curiously

Darkpaw was thinking about Ghoststar's question when out of nowhere, a random kit showed up. He figured he should atleast wait for Ghoststar to answer their question

Ghoststar smiled at the young kit. "No I have not." She looked at Darkpaw. "Just a moment." she took the kit by the scruff of her neck and carried her to the nursery. "I'm sure they'll turn up. In the mean time stay here." Ghoststar returned to Darkpaw. "So?"

"I'm not too sure" Darkpaw said. He wasn't too familiar with the borders, despite his constant wandering. "Would by the Thunderpath be okay?". It was the only spot that he really knew that was a border for Shadowclan

Ghoststar showed signs of reluctance. But she shook her head clear of thoughts. "Of course." She started walking out of camp, expecting him to follow.

Darkpaw followed Ghoststar "Sorry if it was a bad choice" he said "but that was the only spot I could really think of"

Ghoststar puts on a smile and looks at the apprentice. "It's a fine choice. It was my first choice as well when I was your age."

Ghoststar nodded softly. "Mhm."

"Cool" Darkpaw said.
