Yeah. They're already is a MCA for ThunderClan.... So if you want to be one, you have to go to ShadowClan.
And you have to do the Template...!

Moonkit is currently the only ShadowClan cat signed-up for the open MCA rank. Though, Twistedkit's profile says she wants to be the MCA...but she hasn't signed-up.
