Getting to Know People (For Real)

OoC: Final straw, all of you TC cats. I'm getting insanely frustrated with you guys who keep posting in my plot topics. I've already said SEVERAL TIMES "Please, stick to the topic. Don't stray off." And you were having a full blown patrol in my camp topic. Also, I would really appreciate it if you guys just waited for me to post. I know you're eager to RP, and that's good, but it's nice if you have patience. I looked at that other one, and Moss got all snarky when I didn't reply after ONE POST. Seriously. Stick to the topic. Not just this actual topic, but the subject. Merci, Gracias, Thank you.


The plan was working perfectly. It had been nearly a moon, and Vixen was already accepted in Thunderclan. Sure, there were cats who still didn't trust her much, but they allowed her to stay. She had proven herself a skilled hunter, and a strong fighter. She had taken down every warrior in the clan; all except Silversoul and Deadstar.
Sunlight streamed into the den, blinding Vixie's already-open mint-green eyes. The she-cat took that as her cue to get up, and she did so, stretching and yawning once outside.

DuskPaw was awake and was over by the fresh kill pile when she noticed movement in the warriors den. She padded over there and poked her head in to notice Vixen was awake, "Good Morning Vixen!" She whispered happily, "Would you like to join me for some fresh kill?"

"Sure," Vixie purred. "What are we having this morning?"

"How about Raven?" she replied.

"Sounds good," the tabby replied. She approached the pile and plucked one of the birds from it. "Will you share?" she mumbled around her meal. "I can't eat much."

"Ofcorse," She purred, "So you've been here almost a moon, how do you like it here?"

OOC: sorry, had to get apprentice training done :/ I've been seriously neglecting them, and I need to fix that

IC: Silversoul stretched, coming from the Warriors' den.
"Hello Vixen. I see you are getting along well."
Silversoul couldn't see, really, but as far as Vixen knew, she could.

"It's different," Vixen answered after she had swallowed the first bite. "But I definitely like it. And hello, Silversoul."

"GoodMorning Silversoul!" She purred, "And Vixen, I'm glad you like it here. I've enjoyed your company."

She nodded.
"Yes, difference is something I've seen all over these days. Foolish cats with metal legs and striped apprentices who just can't seem to understand that they aren't as big and tall as they think. And, hello, Duskpaw."

DuskPaw dipped her head at the comment her mentor made, "Im glad you're enjoying it here..." she mumbled.

The look on Vixen's face was one of pure shock.
"Metal legs?" she mewed. Never had she heard of a wild cat with a metal leg. How could that even happen?

IC: "Do not speak of that cat!" growled a male voice. Deadstar appeared from his den, eyes slit at Silversoul. "She is an exile, and is not worth speaking about." He relaxed a bit, sighing. "Understand?" It seemed whenever Vixen was around, he was tense.

Manypaw growled. "Why couldn't I be a warrior then?"he asked. "Vixen, I bet I could've ripped her pelt to shreds!"

Silversoul's ears pricked, and she dipped her head. Deadstar's tensness always made her pelt prick, as if her own self wanted to copy his mood.
"If you insist, Deadstar."
