A shining way.

Raccoontail trotted up to the fourtrees. She climbed up on of the great oaks and sat on it's lowest branch.

Leopardheart yawned in the shadows of a tree.

Raccoontail heard the yawn and looked down. "Oh hello leopardheart," She mewed.

Deadfrost was also present, dozing a few branches higher than the deputy.

Raccoontail smelled Deadfrost and looked up and saw he was sleeping. She decided not to wake him.

Snowclaw padded into Fourtrees blank-faced and sat down.She stared up at the stars."Why did you all have to leave?" she asked,looking up.She got no response,only the twinkling of stars.Maybe their twinkling was answering,but she didn't know.Snowclaw sighed

Up in the starts Angelclaw watched Snowclaw, she was in StarClan... And the Dark Forest. "Oh Snowclaw... If only you knew..." she sighed, her voice only sounded like a gentle wind to the other cats.

Raccoontail jumped down from the tree and landed on the ground next to snowclaw. "Is everything okay?" She asked

"No" she sighed "Angelclaw is dead."

Dragonsoul watched from the highest branch, careful not to make a sound, yet.


Solfang watched down on the cats from the dark forest, while Metalsoul watched from starclan with Ravenhail.

Raccoontail let a tear fall down her face. "D-did she die bravely?" She asked.

Jaywing was sitting next to Angelclaw. "Your friends miss you, but it wasn't your fault for having an evil side." She mewed

"Indeed." Metalsoul mewed "Everyone has one sonwwhere."

Leopardheart growled slightly. "But some clans will always try to claim what is not theirs."

"She was fighting foxes and-and they killed her" she mewed "She left me Sunkit.Now I must take care of him"

Angelclaw seemed like a twinkle in the sky to Snowclaw. "Yes. But now I miss ThunderClan more than ever!" Angelclaw mewed in despair, "I wish I could go back. But I can't. I want to be with Sunkit, Slahkit, Whinterslash, Snowclaw, everybody!"
