| Pinespirit randomly appeared at the Gathering, although no one noticed her there the past couple minutes. When she heard about Jaystar's death, her eyes suddenly clouded in sorrow. She never knew the tom, but by what cats had told her, he seemed like a great leader. The cat that took over his place, she realized, was the tom she met in the Sunningrocks battle. The apprentice.. what was his name.. Bramblepaw! She recognized him. Now, he was a leader. She never really knew his warrior name. Pinespirit knew what his name was. Bramblestar. She stared at him in disbelief. She shook away her thoughts and looked around, scanning the Fourtrees for her nemesis, Firefly. When she had no luck, she hissed in anger, and padded away with the rest of her Clan.
