Moonpaw felt herself sinking, and yet rushing with the current. Her head bobbed up for a few moments, before going back under a wave. When she was up again, she felt a pelt against hers. "Save yourself." she whispered. "I'll be fine..."
Suddenly a gray blur could be seen dashing aside the water. He quickly manuvered his way to the edge of the water and jumped in. He almost lost control in the water for a second but was able to gain control. He made his way over to the unconcious Moonpaw, Jaybird, and Blazekit. He grabbed Moonpaw on the scruff and flicked his tail for Jaybird to head back to shore. "Grab on!" His meow was muffled by the waves but he prayed that Blazekit had heard him. He slowly made his way through the water until he finally made it back to shore. He quickly moved Moonpaw to a spot safe from the rocks and looked for signs of breathing. He waited until he was sure she was alive before moving to Jaybird. "What happened?" He asked as his tail moved in confusion from the odd scene.
