Moonpaw sat on the edge of a cliff. She looked down at the rushing water below. Why had it always been her?

Moonpaw was shocked by his coming, and jumped. Her paw slipped, and she almost fell. She unsheathed her claws and clung to the edge of the gorge. "Help!" she cried. She was losing her grip in the rocks.

Blazekit ran to try and help Moonpaw putting his head under her belly and trying to push her up to the top of the cliff.

Moonpaw thanked him. She heard a crack. She got up and jumped, just in time. Where she had been lying was unsupported. It cracked again, and plummeted into the rushing water, carrying her with it

Moonpaw hit the cold water, and got pulled into the current. The rocks were too slippery to grab on to. She coughed up water, and tried staying above water.
