"We'll do some hunting, then head back." Briarpatch mewed over her shoulder as she led Webpaw from camp. The night air was cool, but her short, patchwork fur was ruffled. The wolf attack at the gathering had left her anxious, and the new, freshly-healed scar across her shoulder and chest was a stark reminded of the power the beasts had. No more of them had been sighting, but Briarpatch was still nervous. Still, the clan needed to be fed.

Spotting a lizard, Briarpatch carefully stalked toward it. The warrior leapt, quickly dispatching her prey and turning to watch Webpaw's progress.
