Rapidfire felt honored, to get to be in charge of her first warrior ceremony was a big deal. She thought she would be more nervous for it but as she approached the meeting, she felt more confident than ever. She could do this!
She jumped up and settled in glancing at the busy clan below. "attention windclan, please gather for a clan meeting"
She could hardly contain her excitement for this.
--------
Rainpaw watched quietly as usual from the shadows in the back of the clan, her mother appeared more eager than usual... that was odd, and there was no more of her kits to be named now. She watched with narrowed eyes, what was going on now?
-------
Eaglefly was busy goofing off, of course he was doing that in the middle of the camp. He was so wise and yet so goofy at times. He was currently trying to play a practical joke on the kits of the nursery by brushing his tail at them when they were not looking then making it seem like the kits sibling had done it.
It was going pretty well till they caught on to him then all ran at him in a frenzy.

Moonpaw jerked awake at the sound of Rapidfire calling out from atop the tallrock, her eyes bleary with sleep. She'd been trying to sneak in a quick nap before helping the queens change their bedding in the evening, but she supposed that wouldn't be happening now. Something was wrong with her lately. She always struggles to sleep, but as she got older, so too did her ailment grow worse. Even when she did sleep, it was very rarely restful. The warriors likely thought her incapable because of the mistakes she made when her mind was too addled with exhaustion to think straight. She so often made mistakes now...maybe that was why it had taken so long for her to become a warrior. Or, more likely, it was taking so long because she usually couldn't be bothered to do anything - much less training.
Moonpaw stifled a yawn. That was partially Falconpaw's fault, though. He was a bad influence. Though, in a way, she supposed Wolfpaw was too. Humming thoughtfully, the silver she-cat got to her paws and meandered towards the center of the camp before, with a huff, she plopped down once more on the dirt-packed ground. Whatever. It was likely another apprentice ceremony, since those were the only kind Rapidfire did, but Moonpaw couldn't help but wonder. Green eyes fixated on the deputy calculatingly. There were no kits old enough for their apprentice's name, but it if was an important announcement, Tigerstar would surely be making it. Though, she was rather used to unusual things. Perhaps something exciting would come of this. Something worth being woken up for.
Rapidfire's pelt was fluffed out, partly because the cooler breeze on the rock as leaffall was approaching and partly nerves for doing her first warrior ceremony all on her own. Her and her mentor and leader Tigerstar had shared Thistles to get her more used to them and now she was to do this one alone.
She knew warrior ceremonies were to be a little more focused on the starclan aspect of things compared to her apprentice ones she was more so casual in.
"Windclan, today marks a special day for our clan. It is observance of one of our apprentices completing their training and being ready for their warrior name. Moonpaw? you have overcome difficulties, have trained even when you tired and persevered with the heart and soul of a warrior. I call upon our warrior ancestors and stars above to look to this apprentice and recognize the burdens they have tackled head on. Moonpaw, do you swear the oath of loyalty to your clan and to the warrior code? Will you vow to defend your clan even at the cost of your own life?"

Moonpaw's green eyes widened slightly, a cold thrum of shock coursing through her and setting her nerves alight. Her? A warrior? Really? She stared up at the tallrock, dumbfounded, before slowly getting to her paws. It just didn't seem right. Her littermates were all warrior material, but she was...she was nothing in comparison. Her apprenticeship consisted of lazing about the camp and sneaking off to shirk her duties instead of actually helping. She would...only get in the way. In fact, that was all she ever did when she tried to help. Like when she'd tried to help out around the camp and cats had ended up with thorns in their pelts. At best, she existed as a drain on WindClan's resources. Still, Moonpaw drew forward until she was in the center of the gathered cats, her heart squeezing painfully in her chest.
Was this right? Should she say something? Insist that this was some sort of mistake? Honestly, what even had she managed to accomplish in these many moons? Absolutely nothing. She didn't deserve this. She had to tell Rapidfire something...anything. One look up at Rapidfire, though, dashed any thoughts of that. The deputy looked excited, almost, for this ceremony. And...well...she didn't think she'd be able to stomach an outburst in front of the whole clan. Taking a steadying breath, Moonpaw dipped her head calmly, her face a perfect mask of calm - like a sheltered pool of water. "i do."

The apprentice looked nervous, Rapidfire felt for them. She of all cats knew being tossed into the next rank was jarring. She believed fully Moonpaw would do amazingly.
Perhaps, it helped herself in some way, she would do anything she could to help all her clanmates grow to their best. Likewise too, for herself perhaps that meant that moving roles didnt have to be as scary as it initially seemed.
as the apprentice made the oath Rapidfire dipped her head in a nod of respect "Then by the stars above and our ancestors watching over us, I give you your warrior name. From this day forwards you will be known as Moondrop.
It was a pretty sounding name, one Rapidfire liked a lot at least, hopefully the new warrior would like it as well.
She hopped down and went over eagerly to the newest warriors side. "I am proud of you Moondrop.

Cloudjumper had settled near one of her siblings as the meeting was called, tail curling around her paws. Rapidfire seemed excited, so the cause of this meeting couldn't be anything bad.
She was proven right as her sister was called forward, at long last to become a warrior. Cloudjumper thought she looked more excited than Moonpaw herself did, though managed to keep her paws still even if a wide grin was plastered across her face.
"Moondrop! Moondrop!" Cloudjumper was grinning from ear to ear as her sister received her new name. And a pretty one, at that!
Purring loudly, Cloudjumper shoved her way forward, pressing against the newly-named warrior, "Congratulations, Moondrop! It'll be good to share the same den as you again. And we'll need to go on patrol sometime." She mewed, tail high with excitement, "And we'll get you a new nest set up too, yeah?"
Sunbear was watching quietly from the medicine den when Rapidfire called the meeting. Her joints were stiff, paws itching for a change of scenery since she'd been confined to the burrow for so long. What had seemed like minor wounds had turned to harsh infection after that horrific Gathering, and even though she'd proved victorious against one of the wolves, it hadn't been without consequence. All she could do was watch the warriors as they shuffled from one patrol to the next, and replay the Gathering in her head for sufficient amusement while she waited for Hemlockfox to finally dismiss her. The occasional Clan meeting wasn't bad, either. She liked watching the warrior ceremonies.
But her eyes widened slightly as Rapidfire's announcement left her lips. Moon? The last thing she'd expected to see today had been her sister's warrior ceremony. Sure, she thought it was more than overdue, but Tigerstar seemed hesitant to name any of her littermates warriors. StarClan knew it'd taken long enough for her to get her name, and she was obviously the best of her blood. The golden and black molly snorted to herself as she surveyed the scene - unsurprisingly, there was no sign of the lanky tom. So he couldn't even be bothered to show his face at my sister's ceremony. She would have been offended if she had expected any different.
The ceremony went quickly - almost too quickly, and Sunbear wished she could bask in her pride for her sister just a little longer. "Moondrop! Moondrop!" She shouted, louder than any of her other Clanmates.
As the ceremony dispersed, Sunbear forgot her stitching wounds and rushed forward to greet the newly-named Moondrop. She could feel the scarring skin stretching almost painfully. But none of that mattered compared to her sister's big moment. "You're finally a warrior! Oh, Moony, I'm so happy! It's about time - did Tigerstar have a grudge against you, or something? You deserved it moons ago." She purred. As she spoke, she pushed Cloudjumper aside to give Moondrop a soft head bump. It was a bit rough, but just as rough as any sibling would shove another. Sunbear looked between the two of them with a shimmer in her eyes. "We should put all of our nests together, now that us sisters are all here! And Snakepaw can join us whenever Tigerstar gets that stick out of his butt, too." She mrrowed, maybe only half-joking about Tigerstar's stick. Still, as she watched her sister, she felt a pang in her chest. All of them were the best in the Clan - that was a given. The blood that ran through each of their veins dictated it. But Sunbear had always protected her sister. She wasn't sure if Moondrop knew how to defend herself. Is that my fault? She swallowed the thought and nudged her sisters in turn, choosing to let pride overtake her instead.
